We’re immensely proud to announce that we are the new tenants of Cae Tyfu at Glanllyn Farm! - a beautiful 3-acre site in a prime location at Wigfair, St Asaph, Denbighshire. The site includes a commercial polytunnel for our expanding edible flower range, and we’ve begun construction of our new microgreen farm with the installation of two shipping containers that will be converted over the coming months.
As we continue growing across two sites, we’re beginning an exciting transition to a new location, new business name and future direction. As this transition progresses, we’ll be gradually updating our trading name, branding, and more. Thank you for your continued support — stay tuned for updates as our journey unfolds!

Microgreens
Our microgreens remain at the heart of what we do — and they’re here to stay. With the move to Glanllyn Farm, we’re doubling our racking space, giving us room to grow even more of our fresh, flavour-packed varieties. We’re also finally able to put the specialist equipment provided through the Hort Wales project to full use, helping us scale up while maintaining the high quality our customers expect. This next chapter brings exciting potential, and we can’t wait to grow with it.

Edible Flowers
We’re delighted to be expanding our range of edible flowers. We’ll be growing varieties that not only meet the high standards of the professional kitchen but also shine as cut flowers — ideal for stylists, caterers, bakers, and home cooks who want something truly special. Whether used as a garnish, an infusion, or the star of the plate, our blooms are grown with the same commitment to freshness, sustainability we bring to all of our microgreens.

Vegetables, Herbs and Fruit
Once the edible flower farm is fully established, we’ll begin developing the surrounding field to grow fruit and vegetables — all grown naturally, without pesticides or non-organic fertilisers. With support from our friends Chris and Liz at The Vale Grocer, and early interest from our fantastic customers and local retailers such as The Natural Choice, Tatws Trading and Dudley and George's we’re really excited to get growing and thrilled to have the space to return to our roots producing fresh, seasonal produce the way it should be: responsibly, locally, and with care.

Glanllyn Lamb & Goat Boxes
Glanllyn Farm is a small farm focused on beautiful livestock, healthy soils, an array of wildlife with a nod to traditional ways of managing the land nestled on the banks of the River Elwy in North Wales, well known for its ethical, high-welfare meat production. Run by Sam and Alex, the farm focuses on sustainable, low-impact practices, producing exceptional quality goat and lamb while prioritising animal welfare, soil health, and biodiversity.
We're excited to be based at Glanllyn as we grow our MicroFarm, and we’re working towards being able bring their incredible produce to our home delivery customers and chefs in the near future. This collaboration is a natural fit, and we’re proud to be part of a shared commitment to better food, grown and raised the right way!
