We carefully nurture the little green powerhouses from seed to harvest, ensuring they reach their full potential in terms of flavour and nutrition. It's not just about their pristine appearance or ability to transform any dish into a culinary masterpiece the highly commended Welsh Produce of the Year award is a testament to the hard work and dedication that goes into growing every single one of our greens using innovative and sustainable, controlled environment farming methods.
